Is it bad for you skin to wear makeup on a plane?

The plane is about 2 hours long.Is it bad for you skin to wear makeup on a plane?

I guess you mean the humidity levels and air pressure. Yes, it can make skin a little icky, but on a short two hour flight, I don't think it would have much effect, as you won't be in the air for long enough. If it was, say, a six hour flight, then it might do damage to your skin; but, in all honesty, I can't see how it'll affect you for two hours :).

No, there are foundations that you can wear 24 hours so it has nothing to do with the duration or altitude-
i've never heard about this before! I can't see why wearing makeup on a plane is any different then wearing make up on land! Im sure you'll be fine.

you should be okay with a two hour plane ride , but if its longer than that I would recommend putting your makeup on while you are still in the air , like just before you get to your destination , because the air on the plane dehydrates your skin

i find that my skin does go bad whilst on really long planes trips, only because i haven't washed my face in ages, but whats 2 hours going to do???

I'm guessing you mean, is it alright to wear make up on a plane? Talking about the air levels and such.





As you will on be on the plane for two hours I am sure it won't do any harm to wear make up, but keep it minimal if you decide to do so.





I would keep it to this:


Moisturiser-Tinted if you wear foundation usually.


Sun cream


Powder


Concealer


Mascara


Eyeshadow


Eye liner (if you wear it)


Lip balm/moisturizer





Keep it simple.

P.s: Also, I wouldn't bother taking any make up really. I'm going on holiday and the only product Ill be taking is my lip balm.
I highly doubt it's bad for your skin, but if you are really concerned than keep it simple!

That's all you need, and if you're worried about your skin, it's better to keep it to the minimum so you aren't paranoid for hours (or even days or weeks) after the flight!
