Neutrogena is good. You can get it at Walgreens.
Almay or Clinique. Almay can be bought at a drugstore or department store. Clinique can be purchased at a major department store.
I've tried a lot of stuff and my skin is very sensitive, but Covergirl Clean makeup seems to work. Plus it has Noxema products in it to keep you from breaking out. It also smells good!

Maybelline works for me. Wal Mart, prices range from 3 bucks to 6 bucks or so.
Use a mineral make-up... it doesn't have all the chemicals and talc in it that clogs pores and causes break outs. These days, mineral makeup is quite affordable and you can purchase it at any drug store/Walmart for about $9-$12..
