I really want to have a really pretty sim with, new hair, makeup, skin tone and eyes, but i dont know how to do it on a photoshop, and im not allowed to download or buy anything for it though. Any places I can go to, besidesHow do you create custom makeup, skin and eyes on the sims 2 without using a photoshop? It's really confusing!
to create custom content you have to use the body shop- and there are plenty of tutorials online. you can use paint program, photoshop, gimp, etc.
