What is the best makeup for extremely oily skin?

I have very oily skin and nothing, from liquid to mineral works. What is the best thing I can use? What is the best makeup for extremely oily skin?
bare minerals is what i have used since 2002. i have oily skin and all you have to do if you feel like your shining though during the day is put some more mineral veil on. but you dont have to and you will still look nice. its minerals so it wont hurt your skin reapplying a little during the day. What is the best makeup for extremely oily skin?
make sure you are using products suited to your skin type. anything made for acne can be drying, which will cause more oil production. anything not oil free may be adding to your problem.

these are the best long-lasting foundations for oily skin that i have tried...

mark powder buff foundation $8

avon perfect wear extralasting $10

revlon colorstay $12

clinique superfit $20

merle norman lasting $26

clarins truly matte $35

they all have pretty extensive color ranges, and can be found all over the US. the first is a powder, and the rest are liquids.

blot away excess oil with blotting papers like clean %26amp; clear, palladio, or boscia. adding more powder will make you look cakey.
amc foundation it will dry up the oil but not too dry
First boil water and pour it into a bowl. Put your face 2 inches away from the bowl and let the hot steam come on your face. This will make your pores open. After a few minutes (3-5) wash your face with cold water. This is good for oily skin. Also, apply powder, it makes your skin less oily. Buy some of the expensive brands. Because they are better quality. Such as clinique. Also use some masks for your oily skin. It helps!

Good Luck
I use Clinique but my skin isn't that oily. try clay masks, they do wonders.
use BLOTTING tissues

and morning shine burst neutrogena
Cosmedicine's MediMatte. It absorbs all kinds of oil.
you need to make sure you use a waterbased foundation, or a mineral make up, this way when the oil rises to the surface you can gently blot it with a blotting paper and it wont lift or move. You also need to make sure wich ever make up you choose that is is ';non comedigenic'; this means it will not block your pores and cause more oil build up and breakout. you also may want to go to a natropath and see if they can give you something to reduce your oil secreation.
Chanel makes a phenomenal foundation just for people with your skin type! It is called ProLumiere. It imparts a very natural finish and is buildable (meaning it can be applied from light to full coverage). The best part about this foundation is that it has corn starch derivatives which actually help balance out the oil in the skin for well over 8 hours. (At least get matched at a Chanel counter and request a sample of this.)

I also highly recommend another product by Chanel, T-Mat Shine Control. It is a gel texture that can be applied to the skin (wherever it is oily) and will mattify almost on contact. The best feature of this product however is that you can carry it with you in your purse and touch up with it throughout the day if need be. You simply pat the tiniest bit on top of foundation (no rubbing) and voila! Instantly banishes all traces of oil. I use this particular product on all of my oily clients. Not once has it not worked.

Pricey, yes. However, these are 2 products that are simply unbeatable for their superior quality. Best wishes for beautifully matte skin :)
