I need to know the best colors for dark skin. Example: brown blush, red lips, black eyeliner, blue eyeshadow. Thats just an example. But I also need to know the best, super easy hairstyle for plain dangley straight brown hair. Example: Take a bobby pin and clip it to the back. When you say dark skin do you mean women of color. If so the line;Queen, by cover girl is good. And the best is, Fashion Fair. My hair is dangly too, of say a little over shoulder length, now if make-up is good then you don't need to do much. In this case less is more. Brush it straight back and let it dangle.

Try and make it look as natural as possible. Use earthtones as your color pallete. And for the hair, try and do some loose curls that frame your face to go along with the natural look.
