What brand of makeup lasts the longest on skin? mainly foundation and eye shadow?

I use mainly cover girl maybeline and Physicians formula. Not impressesd. Looking for specific names of better make up and how to apply so it lasts all day.What brand of makeup lasts the longest on skin? mainly foundation and eye shadow?
try using foundation primer and eye primer.


makeup can wear off because of oil around skin..so try boots no 7 mattifying base..i heard it's really good..





as far as makeup drugstore brand goes,


foundation- loreal liquid foundation works really well..it's got great coverage and lasts quite awhile.

To be honest, MAC makeup isn't as good as all the hype makes it out to be. I suggest going to Macy's and looking at all of the different cosmetics counters to see what will work best for you because everyone has different skin. Often, these counters will give you free samples to try the products.





I also suggest using a foundation primer (again, check the makeup counters at Macy's to see what will work best for you) as well as an eyeshadow/eyelid primer.





If you're looking for drugstore makeup, I suggest the Revlon Colorstay foundation.

Ok..well if you have oily skin cream and liquid foundation is going to just slide offa your face!


I use LA Minerals Hollywood foundation and their oil control powder and my makeup looks good till I take it off at night;)

any makeup can have a lasting effect on your skin...you just need a good base for it. set your face before doing anything that will maintain your makeup to stay on longer through out the day, i suggest using a face primer and eye shadow primer.
MAC! also make srue you use a primer like Clinique sheer city block!
MAC.... it feels natural and lasts a pretty long time.
